This is a thread to post Occult-related (even loosely) movies that others may enjoy watching.

The Taking of Deborah Long.

Gotta admit, I really like most of this move. There are some flaws and it's clear it's low(er) budget, but it is interesting from those who understand partial and full possession and how that progresses. I watched it on Amazon Prime for free.

The Pope's Exorcist. I really like this movie, as cheesy as it seems at times. Ironically, the best part of the soundtrack is the scooter ride, as far as I'm concerned.

While it is based on alleged experience from the Pope's Chief Exorcist, looking up his works and reviewing them involves tired diatribes about "heavy metal music", not attending Church, and even thinking of the Occult. I bought the movie after watching it on Amazon Prime, but will not buy the exorcist's books.

I like to listen to this in the background when I'm doing other things like playing World of Warcraft.

Alan Parker's neo-noir Angel Heart (1987). When Micky Rourke and Robert De Niro are in the same scenes - and there are only four - it's electric. The cinematograph is superb.

Noted. Your reputation precedes you, my friend. I shall look at it (at some point) without children or non-Occultists present...

Louis Cyphre. It's obvious that it's Lucifer. This was done (I believe) for the audience to feel how smart they are. Then, there's the rest of the film. Notice the muted colours of New York, the vibrant colours of New Orleans, the fans and the glass-silver-white scenes.
