Practice. Observe. Record what happens. Compare what you were taught with what you actually encounter. Study can guide practice, but experience gives it substance.

Iudica — Judge

Think for yourself. Weigh tradition against experience, question assumptions, and form your own judgment. Neither belief nor skepticism should replace discernment.

You do not need to follow one tradition, one spirit, one religion, or one path to belong here. What matters is the willingness to learn, practice seriously, discuss openly, and think for yourself.
