You do not need to use your real name or reveal personal information. Pseudonyms, magical names, and forum names are perfectly welcome.

Tell us as much or as little as you are comfortable sharing. You might mention:

• What brought you to The Occult Corner
• Your areas of occult interest
• Traditions, systems, or practices you study or work with
• Books, grimoires, divination systems, spirits, or subjects that interest you
• Whether you are completely new to occult practice or have been practicing for years

There is no required level of experience.

Beginners are welcome. Experienced practitioners are welcome. The genuinely curious are welcome.

The purpose of an introduction is simply to help turn a username into a member of the community.

I'll begin.

I'm Vitriol, founder of The Occult Corner.

My own practice is primarily rooted in ceremonial magick, grimoires, spirit work, divination, and the Left-Hand Path. Much of my work has involved the Keys of Solomon, the Grand Grimoire, evocation, petitions, protection, healing-oriented workings, and tarot.

I originally became involved with the community that preceded the present Occult Corner many years ago. TOC 2.0 is the continuation and rebuilding of that community: preserving what was valuable while creating something capable of growing into its own institution.

I look forward to seeing both familiar names and new ones here.
