Wardens and administrators may moderate discussions and enforce these Terms.
Vitriol retains final administrative authority over The Occult Corner.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of original material that you submit to the forum.
By posting content, you grant The Occult Corner a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, format, archive, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and preserve the website and forum.
This license does not transfer ownership of your work to The Occult Corner.
You represent that you have the right to publish the material you submit and that it does not violate another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights.
7. Public and Restricted Content
Most forum posts should be treated as public information and may be viewed, quoted, indexed, archived, or shared by others.
Some areas may be limited to registered users, particular standings, moderators, or administrators. Restricted access does not guarantee confidentiality.
Do not post information that you cannot safely permit another person to see.

Unless an offer is expressly identified as an official service of The Occult Corner, it is an independent member activity and not a service sold, supervised, endorsed, or guaranteed by The Occult Corner.
Community standings such as Adept or Practitioner do not automatically authorize a member to speak for The Occult Corner or collect payment on its behalf.
Members may not use the forum for unauthorized commercial solicitation, fraudulent offers, financial exploitation, or repeated advertising.
Users participate in unofficial member activities at their own discretion.
11. Nature of Occult and Spiritual Content
The Occult Corner discusses subjects that may include divination, ritual, meditation, astrology, tarot, symbolism, spiritual practice, religion, philosophy, folklore, healing traditions, and personal experience.
The interpretation of these subjects is inherently personal and may differ between individuals and traditions.
No article, forum post, reading, ritual, discussion, or service guarantees a particular event, supernatural result, financial result, relationship result, health result, legal result, or change in another person’s conduct.
Users are expected to exercise independent judgment.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that a request will be accepted. The Occult Corner may decline any engagement before payment without being required to provide a detailed reason.
The Occult Corner will not accept requests that require unlawful conduct, physical harm, threats, stalking, coercion, exploitation, impersonation, fraud, unauthorized access, or violation of another person’s legal rights.
14. Initial Evaluation and Scope
Before payment is requested, The Occult Corner may evaluate the proposed work and communicate:
- Whether the request is accepted.
- The general nature and scope of the service.
- The price and applicable taxes.
- The expected deliverable.
- Any information required from the client.
- The expected completion time.
- Any special limitations or conditions.
The engagement begins only after the scope has been accepted and payment has cleared.
Requests made through social media or the forum may be redirected to the official contact email for evaluation and recordkeeping.
15. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are communicated privately after the initial evaluation because personalized services may vary in scope and complexity.
The total price, currency, applicable taxes, and payment instructions will be disclosed before payment.
Payment may be processed through PayPal or another payment method expressly identified by The Occult Corner.
The Occult Corner will not request payment through an unofficial forum member or an account that has not been identified through an authorized communication channel.
Receipts or tax documentation will be provided when legally required and when the client supplies any necessary tax information within the applicable timeframe.
The client is responsible for verifying all payment details before submitting payment.
16. Delivery Time
Accepted services are ordinarily completed within 48 hours after:
- Payment has cleared; and
- The Occult Corner has received all information reasonably required to perform the work.
A different completion time may be agreed before payment when the nature, timing, or complexity of the work requires it.
If The Occult Corner is too busy to meet the proposed timeframe, the engagement should not be accepted until an appropriate delivery time can be offered.
Technical failures, payment delays, missing client information, emergencies, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect delivery. When practical, the client will be informed and offered a revised completion time.
17. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate contact and request information.
- Respond reasonably promptly when additional information is required.
- Avoid withholding information that materially affects the requested work.
- Use the service lawfully.
- Maintain personal responsibility for decisions and actions.
- Avoid presenting interpretations as guaranteed facts.
- Seek qualified professional assistance for medical, psychiatric, legal, financial, or emergency matters.
Failure to provide necessary information may pause or delay the service.
18. Personalized Deliverables
A service may be delivered through email, a written document, an audio or video file, a scheduled session, a private communication, or another format agreed before payment.
For ritual work, the deliverable may consist of confirmation that the agreed work was performed and, when applicable, a written summary or supporting record. The deliverable is not a guarantee of the requested real-world result.
The client is responsible for maintaining personal copies of delivered materials.
19. Refunds and Cancellations
Because services may involve personalized preparation and work, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the engagement.
A full refund will ordinarily be provided when:
- The Occult Corner declines the engagement after payment.
- A duplicate payment was made.
- The Occult Corner cannot provide the agreed service.
- The agreed deliverable is not provided and the client does not accept a reasonable revised completion date.
If the client cancels before personalized work begins, the client may request a refund. Any unavoidable payment-processing charge withheld from the refund must be legally permitted and disclosed.
Once personalized work has begun or the agreed deliverable has been provided, a refund will not ordinarily be issued solely because:
- The client changed their mind.
- The client disliked an interpretation.
- A prediction did not occur.
- A desired spiritual, relationship, financial, or personal outcome was not achieved.
- Another practitioner offered a different opinion.
- The client did not follow the guidance provided.
If a deliverable is materially incomplete or differs substantially from the agreed scope, the client should contact The Occult Corner. The Occult Corner may correct, complete, or repeat the affected portion or provide an appropriate partial or full refund.
Nothing in this section eliminates any non-waivable right or remedy available under applicable consumer-protection law.
20. Scheduled Sessions
When a live or scheduled session is offered, its date, time, platform, price, and duration will be confirmed before payment.
If the client cannot attend, the client should provide notice as early as possible. Rescheduling remains subject to availability.
Repeated missed appointments, abusive conduct, recording without permission, or failure to attend may result in termination of the session without refund where permitted by law.
The Occult Corner may reschedule or refund a session that cannot be provided.
21. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Clients should contact The Occult Corner promptly if they believe that a payment or deliverable is incorrect.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a client from reporting a genuinely unauthorized transaction or exercising a lawful payment-dispute right.
Knowingly making a false chargeback claim, falsely claiming non-delivery, or using a completed service while fraudulently attempting to recover payment may result in suspension, account termination, refusal of future services, and submission of relevant records to the payment processor.
Payment-processor protection programs are governed by the processor’s own rules and do not replace these Terms or applicable law.
22. Intellectual Property in Paid Deliverables
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, The Occult Corner retains intellectual-property rights in original methods, templates, written materials, recordings, images, designs, ritual structures, and educational content used or created in providing a service.
After full payment, the client receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to retain and use their personalized deliverable for private purposes.
The client may not sell, publicly distribute, reproduce commercially, train an automated system on, or represent the deliverable as their own professional work without written permission.
This restriction does not prevent the client from sharing limited portions when reasonably necessary to obtain professional advice, exercise a legal right, or report misconduct.
23. Website Intellectual Property
The Occult Corner name, original website text, graphics, organization, branding, design elements, and administrator-created materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
You may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, impersonate, or commercially exploit protected material without permission.
Fair quotation for criticism, discussion, scholarship, or commentary may be permitted where allowed by law and accompanied by appropriate attribution.
24. Copyright Complaints

The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve ordinary service concerns by contacting The Occult Corner.
33. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when the website, forum, services, technology, or legal obligations change.
The revised version will display a new “Last updated” date.
Material changes may also be announced through the website, forum, or email when appropriate.
Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes will not retroactively remove rights already acquired in a completed transaction.

If a service-specific written term conflicts with these general Terms, the service-specific term controls only for that engagement, except where prohibited by law.
